The entire Cubbi Buddi play sofa and add-on range has been meticulously designed by Paediatric Occupational Therapists (us!) and we are proudly an NDIS Registered Provider.
As a registered provider we can support NDIA Managed, Plan Managed and Self Managed participants access the huge developmental and regulation benefits Cubbi Buddi products bring to your everyday life.

Self Managed:
1. Place an order on our website and fill in the “NDIS Details” box at checkout
2. After payment is made you will receive a PDF invoice via email with all the details you will need to keep for your records
*There is no need to fill out the form on this page if you are self managed
Plan Managed:
1. Place an order on our website and fill in the “NDIS Details” box at the checkout
2. Select ‘direct deposit’ as your payment method and an invoice will be emailed to you
3. Forward the invoice to your Plan Manager for payment
4. Your order will be processed once this payment has been received from your plan manager
*There is no need to fill out the form on this page if you are plan managed
NDIA Managed:
1. Complete the form below and we will work with you to process your order via the MyPlace Portal.
PLEASE NOTE:
Plan Managed invoices must be paid within 14 days or the order will be cancelled.
