How does it work?

Our famous Christmas Layby is back!

Get prepared early, avoid the sell out stress at Christmas time AND at a SALE price. Layby payments will be spread over 4 monthly payments.

July: 25% payable upon placing order (plus shipping charges)

August: payable within 7 days

September: payable within 7 days

October: payable within 7 days

Our Christmas Layby Sale will be from 28th July 8am AEST to 4th August at midnight. Simply select the ‘pay deposit’ option for each item you want to purchase on layby payments.

25% of your order will be payable immediately upon placing your order and is non-refundable.

Further Invoices will then be issued in August, September and October, all are payable within 7 days.

Payment instalments will not be automatically processed, you will need to follow the link in each email to complete payment each month. Payments will appear on a ‘per product’ basis and not a collective total amount. Please feel free to add each month’s amount up as to only complete one payment per month if using Direct Deposit as your payment method.

FAQ's

Q: Can I pay it off sooner?

A: You can pay it off as soon as you like by simply logging into ‘My Account’ on our website. Navigate to ‘View my orders’ to see each payment instalment and the option to ‘pay now’.

Q: If I pay it off sooner, can I have it before Christmas?

A: Unfortunately not, all orders placed using the Layby program will be shipped from Mid November. 

Q: Can I change my colour?

A: Maybe! Please email us at hello@cubbibuddi.com.au and we will see what we can do!

Q: Can I add more to my order?

A: Of course! Our add ons really do level up the fun and if you decide that you would like to add to your order simply jump on the website and order away. At checkout just be sure to leave a note that you want it shipped with your other Christmas Order.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Layby is available with all items in the Cubbi Buddi Store except Gift Cards, Fabric Samples and Crowd Favourite Bundles.
  2. Any cancellation of the order by the customer will forfeit the value of the First Instalment only. Any remaining instalment payments will be fully refunded.
  3. A Second Instalment invoice will be issued via email in August. This is payable within 7 days.
  4. A Third Instalment Invoice will be issued via email in September. This is payable within 7 days.
  5. A Final Instalment Invoice will be issued via email in October. This is payable within 7 days.
  6. Any orders with overdue instalment payments may be cancelled at the discretion of Cubbi Buddi Pty Ltd. In this case, the First Instalment amount will be forfeited and any other instalment payments refunded.
  7. Christmas Layby orders will be shipped from Mid-November 2025 onwards.
  8. No partial or earlier shipments will be made – even if total amount has been paid off early.
  9. Please place separate orders if you want items delivered immediately and others held for Christmas. 
  10. Afterpay and PayPal Pay Later are not available payment methods with the Layby system.
