How does it work?

Our famous Christmas Layby is back!

Get prepared early, avoid the sell out stress at Christmas time AND at a SALE price. Layby payments will be spread over 4 equal payments.

July: 25% payable immediately

August: 25% payable within 7 days

September: 25% payable within 7 days

October: 25% payable within 7 days

Our Christmas Layby Sale will be from 1st July 8am AEST to 10th July at midnight. Simply select ‘pay deposit’ on the product page for each item you want to purchase on layby payments.

25% of your order will be payable immediately upon placing your order and is non-refundable

Further Invoices of 25% of the total order value will then be issued in mid-August, mid-September and mid-October, all are payable within 7 days.

Payments will not be automatically processed you will need to follow the link in each email to complete payment each month.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Layby is available with all items in the Cubbi Buddi Store except Gift Cards and Crowd Favourite Bundles.
  2. A non-refundable First Instalment of 25% of your order value is immediately payable.
  3. Any cancellation of the order by the customer will forfeit the value of the First Instalment percentage only. Any remaining instalment payments will be fully refunded.
  4. A Second Instalment invoice of 25% of your order value will be issued via email in August. This is payable within 7 days.
  5. A Third Instalment Invoice of 25% of your order value will be issued via email n September. This is payable within 7 days.
  6. A Final Instalment Invoice of 25% of your order value will be issued via email in October. This is payable within 7 days.
  7. Any orders with overdue Instalment payments may be cancelled at the discretion of Cubbi Buddi Pty Ltd. In this case, the First Instalment amount will be forfeited and any other instalment payments refunded.
  8. Christmas Layby orders will be shipped from Mid-November 2023 onwards.
  9. No partial or earlier shipments will be made – even if total amount has been paid off early.
  10. Please place separate orders if you want items delivered immediately and others held for Christmas. 
  11. Afterpay and PayLater with PayPal are not available payment methods with the Layby system.
