If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we have a 30 day ‘Play and Explore’ guarantee from the time you receive the goods. We recommend hanging onto your packaging and boxes during this time.
Please email us at: hello@cubbibuddi.com.au to arrange the return and refund. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package to complete the return. Shipping costs – both original and return – are at the customers expense and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Please allow 3-5 business days after your return has been received back at our warehouse for it to be processed and your refund issued.
To be eligible for the 30 day refund guarantee, your Cubbi Buddi products must be returned in its original condition and packaging. This policy only applies to product suitability not colour change requests or delays out of our control such as freight delays after dispatch from our factory. This policy also only applies to the first time you purchase the Cubbi Buddi product you wish to return.
Returns will be at the customer’s expense and we recommend that you return the product via Registered Post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Please inspect and contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if there are any errors, defects or damage so we can have these rectified as soon as possible for you. Contact us on hello@cubbibuddi.com.au
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange products. We highly recommend purchasing fabric swatches and reading the product measurements on each page carefully!
As stated above in the returns policy, once your products have been safely received we will refund your product purchase price (minus original shipping charges) to your original payment method immediately. Please remember it can take 3-5 days for that refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
To ensure we maintain our speedy delivery turn around times, orders being moving through processes as soon as they are placed. When an order cancellation is requested prior to shipping there will be no charge and a full refund given. Once items have been dispatched, the full ‘Returns Policy’ applies as outlined above.
In addition to the 30 day ‘Play and Explore’ guarantee period we offer a 12 month manufacturer warranty against any manufacturing defects or errors sustained in the course of normal use. This warranty does not cover accidental damage or staining of the fabric covers or foam inserts from misuse, abuse or incorrect care.
This warranty policy applies across our whole range of products including The Frame. This warranty is provided in addition to any rights consumers may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
