Cubbi Buddi’s are made by hand in our Sydney Factory with a 1-2 week turn around time before dispatching them to their new homes.
Therefore please advise us if you aren’t able to receive your order before a certain date within that timeframe window.
We love special events so please let us know if you need your order by a certain date and we will do our best to make it happen!!
You will receive your order notification swiftly after placing your order, please read carefully and advise us if there is any issues. You can simply reply to the order confirmation email or on hello@cubbibuddi.com.au
You will receive tracking information from MyTeamGE once your order has been booked in for pickup. Please feel free to reach out if you do not receive this information.
* Take a peek in those boxes as soon as you receive them so you can let us know if there are any errors or issues ASAP and we can get these sorted for you.
* Keep your packaging and boxes until you have fallen in love with your latest products.

Our beautiful Cubbi Buddi products travel in style (aka BIG BOXES) so the shipping costs are variable between products and destination location.
Please see each individual product page for the associated shipping costs.
Rural/Remote Areas: If you experience a message at checkout “no shipping options available” – please send us an email as we will need to get a custom quote for your shipping costs. Please email us with what you wish to order on hello@cubbibuddi.com.au
