The Cubbi Buddi Corduroy covers are made from heavy commercial upholstery rated at a whopping 100,000 rubs- this means it will be super long wearing and durable, prepared for heavy daily use and everything the kids can throw at it, not to mention all while looking beautiful in your home.
You’ll find that your Cubbi Buddi will only need a spot clean for most messes as one of the amazing features of the fabric we’ve chosen is that its naturally stain resistant! To keep your Cubbi Buddi in tip top shape feel free to vacuum weekly (if you can get the kids off it).
Our fabric covers have undergone extensive commercial testing to make sure that they can be gently machine washed on a cold cycle without any shrinkage. So if you want to do a deeper clean, simply zip off the covers, pop it on a cold gentle machine wash on its own and line dry in the shade. We recommend washing all covers together, leaving the covers zipped up during washing and to use a washing agent that does not contain optical brighteners and suitable for colour retention such as Earth Choice (3 X Ultra concentrate liquid), Eco Store Laundry Powder or Omo Colour.

All spills on the Cubbi Buddi vinyl cover can be easily wiped off with a simple cloth. If using heavier duty cleaning products is your jam, then our fabric is strong enough to handle it so don’t worry. Please note however, that silicone based cleaners should not be used.

We love our cubbi buddi! We’ve used it everyday since getting it out of the box. We do wish there were more builds on the poster that don’t need the additional wedges or cushions – but our toddler has loved climbing, riding the ‘crocodile’ and lounging around on the couch!

Our cubbi buddi is our best ever purchase! I was worried about the light fabric (crystal
Sea cove) with our young kids but it’s very easy to spot clean and still doesn’t have a mark on it!
The fabric is soft to touch but with good grip and beautiful quality. The foam is also incredible and has held its shape.
The handles make it easy for my kids to move around and the list of things for them to build and do is endless. It gets used every single day by our whole family. We love it!

We bought the cubbi buddi when our eldest was 3 knowing full well it might take some warming up to. He is now 5, our daughter is 4 and our youngest is 2, and the cubbi buddi is part of our bedtime routine every night. Dinner then cubbi buddi before bath and bed. Used every single day. Let’s them get creative and learn to take turns and work as a team. Such a good investment. Trust that it will be used for many years to come at different developmental stages of your children’s lives.
